Agilit announces a correction in the company information memorandum presented about RightBridge Ventures AB

On 15 September 2022, Agilit Holding AB("Agilit") announced in a press release the company description that follows the reverse take over of RightBridge Ventures AB("RightBridge"). The following message is a correction.

‍The correction relates to the lockup agreement. The correct sentence shall be: "The sellers of RightBridge Ventures AB (org.nr. 559244–3195) have undertaken not to sell approximately 84 percent of the consideration shares (the "Shares") issued in connection with the Transaction, corresponding to approximately 78 percent of the shares in the Company after the Transaction. By lock-up agreement, shareholders holding theShares may not, directly or indirectly, offer, sell, transfer, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of shares for a period of 360 days after completion of theTransaction."

The correct description was previously published in the press release on the reverse acquisition of Rightbridge Ventures, which Agilit published on June 22, 2022. The company description, which is available on Agilit's website, has been corrected accordingly.
