The shareholders of Rightbridge Ventures AB (publ.) are hereby given notice to the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on Tuesday 28 June 2022.
Right to participate
Shareholders who wish to participate in the AGM shall be recorded in the presentation of the share register prepared by Euroclear Sweden concerning the circumstances on Friday 17 June 2022, shall give notice to participate no later than Monday 27 June 2022 through email to info@rightbridge.se or post to Rightbridge Ventures AB (publ), “AGM 2022”, Norrlandsgatan 24, 111 43 Stockholm.
