Stockholm, 23 June 2021– Rightbridge Ventures AB (“RBV” or the “Company”) has signed an agreement with Eminova Fondkommission (“Eminova”) to register the Company’s stock ledger at Euroclear Sweden (“Euroclear”). The purpose of the registration is to carry a private stock offering (“private placement”) after the summer.
The Company’s board of directors will propose such placement for approval by the Annual General Shareholder Meeting on 30th June 2021.
The objectives of the private placement is to broaden the shareholder base of the Company for a future IPO and use the proceeds to execute on the Companies investment and acquisition pipeline.
Euroclear Sweden was known as Värdepapperscentralen VPC AB until 2008, and provides central securities deposit, settlement, custody, collateral management and issuer services to the Company. Euroclear digital securities system handles the actual exchange of securities, including shares or bonds, and money as a result of trading that takes place on e.g. The Stockholm Stock Exchange and other marketplaces.
Eminova Fondkomission is one of Euroclear Sweden account operators and placement agents (in Swedish emissionsinstitut) and will render Euroclear registration services to the Company.
