Agilit Holding AB (publ) (Planned name change to RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ)) (”The company”) has fulfilled all conditions for trading and has received approval for trading on NasdaqFirst North Growth Market.
The company has previously received a conditional approval for trading as part of the reverse takeover ofRightBridge Ventures AB (publ) (”RBV”).
In accordance with the press release on the 6th of October 2022, the acquisition of RBV has been completed and the new board and management has been appointed.
